I want to thank all members of the Mokum Mail Beta Testers Team for their support, for their great ideas and most of all for their friendship. Without you guys I never could have done this.  INFO files get a Face Lift!Anyone who purchases MM V8.0, or updates from a previous version, will notice that Mokum Mail's Info files have been completely refurbished! From the very beginning we have done our best to include a lot of screen shots in these files because the saying is true, "a picture is worth a thousand words"! Previously, this made for a large file added to the MM program. NOW...the User can decide for his/her self whether they want the files on their own individual PC, or not! By default, you will read the new Mokum Mail INFO on-line. In other words, when you click on an INFO button or when you press function key F1 on your keyboard, the program connects to the Mokum Mail site and retrieves the Help Pages. This works fast and efficient - you only download the pages that you need and you will always have the latest information - but if you have a dial-up connection, retrieving the on-line info may be too time-consuming. The good news is that you can download all Info/Help files to your PC. The program will notice that the Help (INFO) files are installed on your hard disk and - instead of going on-line - the information pages will be retrieved from your local disk. But there is more... IF you have downloaded and installed the files, you will be able to set the INFO text/background colors and the font size to your liking! The program will 'see' that the files are on your disk and a new button is placed in the PREFERENCES window. I am sure that MANY, even those NOT on dial-up, are going to want to download the files for this reason alone!  Depending on your own particular circumstances, you may prefer to have your Info files looking like this!  We will make periodic announcements, here in the 4M, if/when there have been changes made to the on-line files.
