Q. Can I check mail and write email or do a script or is this a one at a time program?

A. You can fire-up more than 1 instance of MM. E.g. start it and have it watch, Start it again and you can work on a message, a script, or reply to a saved message in the Inbox or whatever else you might want to do.

You should be a little careful... if you remove messages from the server using one instance of MM and then try to retrieve messages with the other instance, you may be in for a surprise!
