Q. I Reply to a message BUT don't want to add the address to my book?

I know how to add new addresses by clicking on the 'Friends' Button and I know that addresses are automatically entered when I reply to a message but what if I don't want all addresses that I reply to entered in my book? Is there a check box or option to avoid having them all entered?

A. No....as it stands now, all addresses to which you reply are entered in the address book. Although it may seem annoying, adding every friend manually is more work. Now and then I ' walk through ' the address book and remove names.

Note:
You can add e-mail addresses to the 'White List'. This will not stop addresses being added to the MM address book when you reply to an e-mail, but the message headers will show in the 'Known' part of the Main Window. For more information on the White List, click here:
