Q. I have Norton's Firewall on my computer and when I try to open MM, I get a pop up message asking for permission. What do I do?

A. You simply "give permission" the first time MM is used to download headers. The same happens with McAfee Firewall and I would assume others as well. This is a "One Time" thing and you should not be asked again unless there is an updated version of MM installed.

IF for some reason you are NOT asked and you have problems with RECEIVING OR SENDING with MM, be sure to check your AntiViral , Firewall or Security Suite programs and manually go in to them and set them to ALLOW the MM.exe.
