Create Stationery (Not in MM LITE)
Create Stationery...

Clicking on this command will take you directly to the QUICK Message window and will bypass the address book:

Perhaps you do not want to write a message at this time BUT instead just want to CREATE a new Theme...

If so, open your Theme window, make your settings and save it for use later.

Everything you need to know about creating a theme and making your settings, you will find in the Theme Chapter found here.

(Once there be sure to view all the sub folders in the Theme book for specifics on each setting!)

Clicking on Create Stationery is also beneficial when you are importing a complete HTML message and do NOT want the Hi and Bye fields inserted in your message. From this window you would be clicking on the SCRIPT button...

As we discussed in the chapter previous (Creating a New Message), this button will allow you to view what you are creating in the default mailer. Although we KNOW it looks good in Mokum Mail's full screen, we sometimes want to check an intricate script to see how it will show to someone else.

This is where you will be IMPORTING a full HTML script. Perhaps you have saved a message you wrote and want to use it again OR you have UNPACKED a message which includes all files and script that someone else has sent. Once you have selected a file, you will see a screen like this:

You can now adjust this message by working in the HTML source of this message. You can find where the TEXT part of the message is and REPLACE it with your own or adjust the images, colors. sound and etc to your hearts content.

Once done with any adjustments in the message, you would then CLICK on your ' Friends ' Button which will open the Address book where you can select an addressee to send this message. No Hi or Bye will be added since Mokie knows you are already using a complete HTML file....

NOTE: IF you are unsure about HTML code, I would advise trying to change the TEXT portion and leaving the rest of the message as is. Or better yet...press F3 and change or edit the text in the WYSIWYG editor!
IF you are using VISTA, make sure you have read about the extra file you have to download to make the WYSIWYG editor work.
