Thumbnail picture in message text.

When you create a message, you can insert a picture anywhere in your text. It is now also possible to show the picture as a THUMBNAIL image in your text. When you click on it, the full picture pops up. To close the full picture, you simply click on it.

MM MAIN Window Make-Over:

The Mailbox and Commands menus have been changed from table entries to active buttons. This not only gives a cleaner interface, but it also offers more options than the 'old' menu. The "Mug Shot" photo feature is enhanced and can be enabled/disabled in the PREFERENCES. You can also replace the default photo by replacing the file ..\MM_Data\MM_Photos\MM-NO_PHOTO.JPG by any 90 x 90 pixels .JPG file. Perhaps you want to see your own cross-eyed kitty here!
Added Options in PREFERENCES:

- The "Mug Shot" photo can be enabled/disabled. When Mokum Mail is used in a business environment, the photo feature may not be wanted.

- The QUOTE (original message) in a REPLY can now be set at the "start" or at the "end" of a reply message. This was added to please the recipients of your replies, who prefer to see (part of) the original message at the end of the message.

More Options in RUN Box:

- The RUN Box now has a column where one can checkmark multiple entries for "one click" removal.

Commands Menu Items Added:

The items 'View Message (F2)', 'Reply To Message (F3)' and 'Forward Message (F4)' have been added to the 'Commands' menu in MM's Main Window. Although you could view a message by clicking on the small button in the message line OR by double-clicking in the message line, a first-time user reported that this was not totally clear. Upon adding the 'View' menu item, we decided that a 'Reply' and a 'Forward' should be there as well. The buttons 'View' and 'Forward' were also added to the INBOX and SENTBOX. Many thanks go to Edward Wells for his good advice.

Fast Marking of Messages in the INBOX and SENTBOX:

Before, one could select multiple messages in the INBOX and SENTBOX by dragging the mouse cursor in one of the Del, Copy, Move or Extract columns. Now, you can also RIGHT-click in one of the columns to mark/unmark ALL messages.

Scrolling Text in Greeting Card Maker:

In the Greeting Card Maker, options were added to have the text scroll left, right, up or down; and with scroll, slide or alternate movement.

Links Feature Enhanced:

In MM's editor you can create a hyperlink to a website. Now you can define color, bold and/or italic to make the link text stand out more. You can also define whether the link should open in the same window or in a new window... this to ensure that the receiver can open the link in his/her default Browser. Read more...

A faster indexing method has been developed for the files menu where you select pictures, stationery files, music and scripts.
