Load Script From File (NOT IN MM LITE)
Load Script From File.
You can 'import' a complete HTML message script, which starts with an <HTML> tag and ends with an </HTML> tag or just a little piece of script code, a "scriptlet", from a text file.
When you load a full HTML script, MM will not add the 'Theme' code. In other words: your imported script has priority over the Theme. Also: if you import a script that starts with a <BODY> tag and ends with a </BODY> tag, then MM will add the <HTML> - </HTML> tags, but in doing so will leave your script in peace.
For easy maintenance, you are best advised to store the .HTM file and all picture/music files that are used in the script, together in a new, empty folder.
If you have defined pictures and/or music in a saved script, referring to files stored in various places on your hard disk, then there is always a chance that you could inadvertently move or remove a picture needed for this stored script.
If, at any moment, you want to use a full HTML message or a scriptlet, you can import the script by clicking on the above SCRIPT button. If the links in the script refer to picture or music files anywhere on the hard disk that do not exist any more, MM will look for these files in the folder where you saved the .HTM file and, if found, the disk:\path names in the links will be corrected automatically.
EXCEL and Mokum Mail.
If you want to send an EXCEL sheet using Mokum Mail... nothing easier is than that! Just save your sheet as an HTML file, start MM... New Message... click the SCRIPT button and load the .HTML file and send!
In fact, you can send ANY sheet or other document using Mokum Mail, as long as 'the other' program is able to save it as an .HTML file.
