Sentbox
Mokum Mail is equipped with a SENT folder if you choose to use one.
Accessed above from the Main window or via the Inbox or Outbox button shown below in the Quick Reply / Quick Message windows...
NOTE: To keep a copy of a message in the Sent folder, you need to make sure there is a check in the 'Store a copy of this message in the SENT folder' box... when you send your message!
Your SENT folder will look like this when opened:
A double click on any message or a single click on the button to the left of the message will open that message in plain text... (or highlight a message and click the VIEW button) You can, of course, then click the 'View in Browser' button to view in HTML.
F2 can also be used here... Highlight a message and click F2 to open in plain text and F2 again to view in browser.
There are three ACTION buttons in this folder to use with your messages...
You would first MARK any messages you wish to COPY or MOVE to another folder or mark for Del any of those you want to Delete. Once you have done this, click on whichever upper Button applies for what you are doing.
You can easily mark many messages at once by 'dragging' the mouse cursor in the chosen column.
EG: In the case below, after marking these messages Del, I would then click on the Del button and all marked messages would be sent to the Recycle Bin.
TIP: This folder can build up quickly if used. You may want to keep it cleaned out on a regular basis. And remember... when messages are deleted, they go to your Recycle Bin! This way, should you delete by mistake, a message CAN be restored. BUT also keep in mind... until you empty your Recycle Bin, those messages are still sitting on your PC!
In the SENT folder you see this new button: "Jump To Folder". When you click on it you will see a list, up to 10, of the MAILBOX folders which you have selected most frequently. One click lets you jump to a selected folder. The system is self-learning: the folders with highest usage frequency will always be in that list.
