Watch
When you click on the Watch command, this window will open:
Just type some words e.g. the name of the sender or the subject that you expect the message to have and set the watch 'interval'. That's all you have to do. You can also have MM watch for ANY message by leaving the 3 'Search for...' lines empty
NOTE: Whether you have one account listed or many accounts, be sure to have the account you are "Watching" checked as 'Active'. With the Watch you CAN check for all accounts as long as they are all checked active...
If and when the message arrives, you will hear a WAV sound; you can select the sound file in the 'Watch' window.
After clicking the 'start' button, a small window will appear and MM immediately checks for waiting messages. It then pauses the number of minutes that you have set in the Watch window. The countdown will be displayed showing the number of seconds until the next check.
The number next to the account shows the number of messages waiting...
You can place the little Watch window anywhere out of the way. You are best advised not to call MM back while it is 'chatting' to your ISP, just wait until the 'Stop' button appears. Then click on the 'X ' to close the Watch and open MM to see the message headers!
TIP: IF you have multiple accounts and want to 'Watch' for a message in just ONE of them, you can always open a 2nd instance of MM and either do something with the other accounts, create messages, design themes and or etc...
