View Message in Browser
Once you have opened up a message in the Preview window (plain text mode)...
Clicking on the View in Browser command (or using the keystroke shortcut F2) will open your message in full HTML. Now you will see the message as the sender intended you to; with pictures, sound files, scripts etc.
In this Browser view, you will note the buttons you now see across the top:
Let's now review what each one does...
- Notes Button... Will open the Mokum Mail Note Pad.
- These arrows are used when surfing the web:
Green Arrow (left)... Takes you to the previous Web Page
Green Arrow (right)... Takes you to the next Web Page
NOTE: When on a page, you can right click your mouse for a menu! (Printing, saving to Favorites and etc)
- Go Button... If you have entered a URL or pasted a Web Site in the field next to your arrows, clicking the GO button will take you to that site.
- Extract Button (not in MM LITE). When you are viewing incoming messages, any and all pictures, music etcetera will be extracted from the message and saved to a folder of your choice. Note: This differs from the Unpack feature as it does NOT save the HTML file.
- Save Button... An incoming message will be stored as an .EML file to an INBOX folder of your choice. The header line in the main window will be marked for deletion.
- Source Button... Clicking on this button will show you the HTML source of the message.
- Reply Button... Clicking here will open the Quick Reply window for replying to this message; OR use the keystroke shortcut F3 to go immediately to the Reply window.
- Green Arrow (Up)... Go one row up; in other words, view the next message up the list in the browser.
- Green Arrow (Down)... Go one row down; in other words, view the next message down the list in the browser.
- Red Arrow (Up)... Delete and go one row up; this marks the message for deletion and goes one row up to view the next in the browser.
- Red Arrow (Down) ......Delete and go one row down; This marks the message for deletion and goes one row down to view the next message in the browser.
- Delete Button (Trash can)... Clicking this button will mark the message you are viewing for deletion and take you back to the Main window.
- Done Button... Click Done and you will return to the Preview window.
NOTE: Should you want to PRINT a message from this view, merely right click on your mouse and choose print!
