Overview for Unpack/Extract/Saving
Attached Files (Not in MM LITE)
One of the most unique features of Mokum Mail is the ability to UNPACK a message!
While viewing a message in the plain text Preview window, if there are files and or pictures embedded or attached to the message, you will be able to see them in the drop down list:
There are actually 3 different ways to Unpack, Extract, or save these files depending on what type they are or what you want to do with them:
- Unpack the entire message so that you can import it back into Mokum Mail and use it as is, or with changes you may want to make to it.
- View an attached .EML file or Save an individual file in the list... without unpacking the entire message.
- Extract an .MMF or .IMF or .IMW file.
