Plain Text Preview Window Commands
These are the Commands you see in the Preview window. You will find mouse over tool tips to remind you of what each does... And we will discuss each action below in more detail.



Finished... Clicking this command, or pressing the Escape button, will take you back to the Main window.

View in Browser... Clicking this command, (or pressing function key F2), shows the message in the browser in HTML with pictures, graphics, scripts and sounds etc. More on this later.

View in default mailer... The message can be viewed in your default mail program (Outlook Express).

View Source... Clicking here will open MM Pad where you will see the raw source of the message.

Go Up/Go Down Green Arrows... Using the Green arrow buttons, you can quickly and easily go directly to messages up or down the list viewing in plain text.

Mark Go Up/Mark Go Down Red Arrows... Using the Red arrow buttons, you can also quickly go up or down the message list BUT these will MARK the messages for deletion.

Mark Done... Using this button will mark the message that you are reading for deletion and take you back to the Main window.

Reply... Clicking here will take you to the Quick Reply window where you can reply to the message you are viewing. OR while viewing in plain text simply use the Keystroke shortcut F3 to take you immediately to the Reply window.

Forward ... Click here, (or press function key F4), to forward the message you are viewing. You will first get a box with the option to "Forward as attachment" or "Forward as original". Choose one of the options... and click OK.
The address book will open up; select the person you want and you will be in the Quick Reply window where you will see the message either attached to your mail (where you can then add a message), or complete in the main edit window ready to send.

Save this Message... With this command you can save individual messages as you go, designating individually which folder you prefer. Additionally, you can now change the subject before saving if desired.



You will get a window like this after choosing the folder. Simply re-name your subject before clicking OK.

Print... Will print the message in plain text.

Unpack... This command will unpack a complete message including graphics, sound files,scripts etc. (Not in MM LITE) MORE on this in the Unpack topic!

Explore... Opens Windows Explorer.

Font... Here you can change the font and/or size that is used to view messages in this Preview window.

Notes... Opens the MM Notepad.
