Sort

Within each list in the Main window (whether it is a split Unknown/Known list or not), there are additional ways to sort your message headers once they have been retrieved from your server.

NOTE: The following ' Sort ' options apply to the list for which you have clicked. In other words, clicking the Subject for your unknown list will not sort by Subject your Known list.

Srv- Will sort by the server number if you have checked more than one E-mail account at one time.
Nr - Will switch the order of received messages; Either oldest first or the most recent first.
BL- Will sort on marked and non-marked.
Del- Will sort on marked and non-marked.
New/Unknown or Known - Will sort alphabetically by sender (who the message is from).
D/L- Will sort on marked and non-marked.
F- Will sort on Priority and Flag Color.
Subject- Will put messages together alphabetically by subject. This is handy if you are in a group where the ' Group Name ' is always in the subject thus putting all group messages together.
Size- Will put all messages in order depending on their size.
Date- Will put all messages in order depending on the date and time received.

Clicking once on one of these sort options will change the order. For example if your list shows the most recent message at the top, clicking on Nr will switch that to show the most recent message at the bottom.
