Known/Unknown List Buttons
In the Main window you will see these 4 buttons:
These buttons give you the option to view the message headers in several different ways. You can switch back and forth at anytime. The default is set at the RED/GREEN split list.
NOTE: If you click on any other button while Mokie is left open and check or re-check a server, the list option will stay at that which you picked. After closing MM and later re-opening, it will re-set back to the RED/GREEN default.
- The RED/GREEN button divides your messages into 2 lists; Unknown (messages from those who are NOT in your address book) at the top, and Known (messages from those who ARE in your address book) at the bottom.
- The RED button shows you a list of Unknown only. This is handy to click on first if your account has a lot of spam and junk mail. You see it ALL in one list and can drag and mark the messages you want to delete.
- The GREEN button shows you a list of Known only.
TIP: After using the RED button and marking all my spam, I will switch to the GREEN which hides the list of junk mail.
- The YELLOW button shows ALL of your messages in one list.
