Download This Info. (NOT FOR MM LITE)

By default you will read this Mokum Mail INFO on-line. In other words, when you click on an INFO button or when you press function key F1 on your keyboard, the program connects to the Mokum Mail site and retrieves the Help Pages.

This works fast and efficient - you only download the pages that you need and you will always have the latest information - but if you have a dial-up connection, retrieving the on-line info may be too time-consuming. The good news is that you can download all Info/Help files to your PC. The program will notice that the Help (INFO) files are installed on your hard disk and - instead of going on-line - the information pages will be retrieved from your local disk.

But there is more... Once you have downloaded and installed the files, you will be able to set the INFO text/background colors and the font size to your liking! The program will 'see' that the files are on your disk and a new button is placed in the PREFERENCES window:



The Info files come in an installation program. When you run the program MM-HELP80.EXE, you must make sure to install the files in your folder:

..\MM_Data\MM_System\MM_Help


So, if you have installed Mokum Mail in the recommended folder C:\MM, you must install all Help files in the folder:

C:\MM\MM_Data\MM_System\MM_Help

Again, make sure to install all INFO files in your ..\MM_Data\MM_System\MM_Help folder.
