number of e-mail addresses, each address on a line of it's own. If the file contains e-mail
addresses of your relatives, name the file RELATIVES.TXT
Using a Group file may come in handy for sending a message in one go to all your friends,
relatives, or business relations.

NOTE for Group Field: This can be quite a handy field to use...
If you are writing to a group (e.g. a Yahoo list) then you should complete the Group field; MM will
automatically prefix the subject line with the [Groupname] in square brackets but only if the
[Groupname] is not already present in the subject line. Furthermore, when you download
messages to your MM Inbox, those with a [Groupname] will automatically be sorted into their
own sub-folder. NOTE: Keep in mind this does not absolutely have to be a group! You can make a "group
name" for an individual as well....Eg. [Mom] for Mom's messages!.
